Chapter Chapter 6 in Managing Supply Chain Risk, 2012, pp 77-91 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we describe risk management at Samsung Electronics for managing different categories of supply chain risks to illustrate how a global manufacturing company manages supply chain risks. Using the concepts presented in earlier chapters for identifying and mitigating supply chain, this chapter takes steps towards empirically understanding how global manufacturing companies manage supply-chain risk.
