Abstract:
Abstract Online shopping has become more and more popular in recent years. Many traditional retailers offer an Internet sales channel nowadays. In this context, city logistics service providers undertake the physical delivery of purchased goods to consumers by means of home deliveries. Meanwhile, their role has become crucial in underlying supply chains, because influence and former functions of distributors diminish.
