A chapter in Digital Transformation and New Challenges, 2020, pp 141-150 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the context of the transformation brought about by the digital business model, there is no adequate and complete treatment of the accompanying measures needed for the success of the new forms of job and training, which are intimately intertwined. Based on the existing literature, this chapter aims at selecting, analyzing, collecting, and listing the accompanying measures needed for the implementation of e-Learning corporate training, which are aimed at facilitating smart working practices within organizations. Furthermore, this analysis will be underpinned by comments regarding the effectiveness and validity of the key performance indicators (KPIs).
