Abstract:
Abstract One of the most interesting applications of benchmarking is to facilitate incentive provision. The design of incentive schemes is very important in firms, organizations and societies. It does not suffice to develop a perfectly coordinated plan. The agents involved in the plan must also have incentives to implement it.
