A chapter in Global Diversity Management, 2019, pp 11-23 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This short literature review considers the academic literature that nests diversity management within an international context. It covers the issues in a general way before foregrounding the literature in diversity management and how this might be implemented in organisations. Its function is to give an overview which is built upon in the next chapter.
