Chapter Chapter 5 in Governing Digital Transformation, 2020, pp 47-61 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 2 of this book provides a generic roadmap for boards of directors towards governing digital transformation. The frequently used framework COBIT 2019 also addresses some elements of the involvement of the board in governing IT. The COBIT 2019 framework perfectly complements our roadmap as it allows us to provide a more elaborate discussion on certain parts of the roadmap.
