Chapter 8 in Metathinking, 2020, pp 57-62 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we introduce a framework for analysis that we call the “Metathinking Framework”. The framework combines the four quadrants developed by Ken Wilber in his integral theory and the four modes of dialectical thinking that we have described in the previous chapters. The Metathinking Framework serves as the theoretical basis for the case studies in the following four chapters. In each of these case studies, we analyse real transformations at different levels: personal transformation, team development, organisational development and social development.
