Chapter Chapter 9 in Metathinking, 2020, pp 63-70 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this case study, we describe the development of a young woman’s thinking using assessment data taken at two different points in time. We describe a semi-structured cognitive interview that we use as our data collection method. We then analyse the interview data using the Metathinking Framework and show how the interviewee’s cognitive profile or footprint develops over a period of four years. We show how coaches can use the cognitive interview to help their clients develop more sophisticated thinking skills.
