Abstract: Abstract In this chapter you can look at creative spaces through the eyes of an employee. I will tell you not only what it feels like to work in an office where I can work innovatively, but also what I would like to have as an office user and what I appreciate about such spaces and cultures. On the other hand, I will take you on a short journey to understand a little bit of the contradictory measures that make me experience the office in this way.
