Chapter 8 in The Two Sides of the Business Family, 2021, pp 181-185 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is very short but addresses a topic that is existential to business families: the question of what the family seeks to achieve beyond enabling prosperity. Without a collective sense of meaning and purpose, the family would be lost to the business as a resource in the long term.
