Abstract During the first six months of the COVID-19 crisis Virti, a UK based training and development company, created, distributed, and analysed training and development support to NHS organisations across the United Kingdom and United States. This innovative and rapid response to the emerging needs of the healthcare sector has demonstrated how VR can be used to provide adaptive training at scale and pace.
