Chapter 5 in Innovation Scorecard, 2021, pp 45-71 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Our suggested Tools and Techniques are based on current industry ‘best practice’ and the Association for Project Management’s (APM) Body of Knowledge (BoK), 7th edition, published in 2019. The APMBoK provides an authoritative statement on project management and the foundations on which the profession is built. It should be considered as a starting point providing knowledge and understanding of key concepts in project management. It serves as a reference and method for more experienced professionals, too. The presented tools and techniques have been modified to suit both ‘initiatives and projects’ associated with measuring how successful innovations or changes have been. They act as guidelines and not finite solutions and should be modified to suit individual needs.
