Chapter 10 in Successfully Managing S/4HANA Projects, 2022, pp 315-317 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract We do not want to be presumptuous and claim that the complexity of a transformation project exceeds the complexity of divine instructions. Nevertheless, we did not quite manage with only ten commandments. In this chapter, you will find 12 commandments for a successful SAP project—admittedly an ambitious announcement. We would like to discuss the quintessence of our experience here—no more, but also no less.
