Chapter 9 in Variable Takt Principle, 2022, pp 241-251 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract With this short chapter, in the style of a management summary, we would like to generate motivation for implementation in a condensed form. We provide the most important core arguments of all chapters on the introduction of variable takt and the VarioTakt. We place the variable takt and our further elaborations in our Mixed-Model Assembly Design (MMAD) and give a short outlook on possible future developments.
