Chapter 2 in Managing Agile Business Technology, 2022, pp 17-34 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter describes the Business and Technology Relationship Model (BTRM) and other key findings from the largest research project of its kind using high quality primary research data from three large complex global businesses. It was instigated as a result of the issues raised in Chap. 1 and the findings provide an insight into why existing methods can fail and how that relationship between business and technology might be better managed.
