Abstract Stakeholders are the challengers and drivers of a corporate organisations from inside (Executives, Managers but also labour representatives in workers councils) and outside (Governments, Non-profit organisation NGOs, Regulators, Competitors, and others). For public-traded companies, shareholders are as the same time stakeholder from an outside point of view.
