Abstract Despite the worldwide overwhelming interests for the social role of business organisations, there is no generally accepted definition for the term Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In this chapter, we will introduce a few theories relevant to the CSR strategy and Ethical Management in the real-world business practice.
