Business Model

Angel Gavieiro Besteiro ()

Chapter 1 in Strategy in Action, 2022, pp 5-29 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract For an ‘Existing Geography and Business’, the Business Model framework is designed to provide a snapshot of a Business Unit ‘as-is’ at present, as well as to visualize this business model ‘as-should-be’ at a point in the future. This is the fundamental block upon which a strategy development exercise occurs at Business Unit level.
