Chapter 16 in From Industry 4.0 to Quality 4.0, 2022, pp 367-380 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Quality, in its simplest form, is generally expressed in relationship to how products and services are perceived or valued by their recipients, or end users, or the market place. The universal or general application of quality today is a global attestation to the fact that quality has grown beyond products and services. Today we talk about the quality of life, quality of a play, quality of work, quality of a presentation, quality of government/governance, quality of teaching, quality of materials usage/application, quality of medical services, quality of response against a pandemic, etc.
