Abstract: Abstract The previous diagnostic steps have provided numerous insights, some of which we can implement individually and immediately. To finish designing the control organization as a whole, we must also be able to present it as a whole. We do not need to understand each and every detail, but its essence, without first having to familiarize all employees with the language of the Viable System Model. To do this, we use classical tools such as function diagrams, job descriptions, and organizational charts, but in a new way. First, based on our diagnostic work, we create a control function diagram that shows the entire control organization in our System in Focus on a single page. From this we derive the job descriptions for every organizational unit and create an organizational chart slightly more expressive than usual. The most effective way of making the organization understandable takes a little more time. It involves training managers in applying the model to their own area of responsibility, and thereby continuing to develop and optimize the organization themselves over time.
