Chapter 11 in Co-Creation Mindset, 2023, pp 201-212 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The aim of co-creation is to connect people to a shared consciousness so that they can let the future emerge. Mindset, values and principles are the basic attitudes and assumptions upon which co-creation is based. A co-creation coachCo-Creation Coach is a professional who helps guide the co-creation process. Co-creation coaches can be independent consultants or, if the requisite knowledge has already been brought into the company, an employee of the organization. Whether in collectively solving concrete problems or in corporate transformation, co-creation requires support. The typical stumbling blocks are listed and some ideas are given of how to overcome them.
