Chapter 6 in Co-Creation Mindset, 2023, pp 83-97 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The aim of co-creation is to connect people to a shared consciousness so that they can let the future emerge. Mindset, values and principles are the basic attitudes and assumptions upon which co-creation is based. By means of the co-creation process, co-creation should be able to be employed as a method. The co-creation process has four phases with all in all eight steps. Each phase and all steps are listed and described to give you an idea of what exactly happens at each phase in the process. If you run co-creation workshops yourself, it can also help you to prepare for the individual phases. An interview with Anke Bridge and their experiences at bank Credit-Suisse gives an example of applying co-creation.
