Abstract:
Abstract When people connect with each other in relation to a goal, with the determination to do things differently, they have the power to transform organizations. Co-creation builds on the connection between people and their aspirations, in order to make their intentions a reality. Co-creation can also help people to transform organizations. In order to do so, they must have the will to bring about transformationTransformation, to implement it and to sustain the new culture. The formats of transformation refer to the application-oriented aspects of co-creation, which mainly revolve around the space, the time available and the possible forms of co-creation. Important aspects are employees and the corporate culture, the role of leadership in changing the corporate culture and how HR can support this.
