Chapter 9 in Co-Creation Mindset, 2023, pp 161-173 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The aim of co-creation is to connect people to a shared consciousness so that they can let the future emerge. Mindset, values and principles are the basic attitudes and assumptions upon which co-creation is based. Leaders need to create acceptance for co-creation. They areCo-CreationLeadership responsible for introducing the process of co-creation in the company and ensuring its sustainable application. Since in hierarchical organizations decisions are made from the top down, there is some evidence that it is primarily the role of leadership to initiate the change towards more co-creation. In the implementation, the leadership is supported by the HR department and its leadership development offers.
