Abstract:
Abstract The data-driven project management framework of this book consists of three main components, which will be referred to as baseline scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and project control. The chapter discusses the specific details for each of these components. This integrated framework is also referred to in the literature as “dynamic scheduling” or “integrated project management and control”.
