Abstract:
Abstract Although the actual future – success or failure or something in-between – of your company is indeterminate, it is not uncertain since you know you must continuously monitor the market and, at the first sign of weakness or trouble, step in and carry out all the changes you can in order to improve your chances of business success. Significant flexibility is key in entrepreneurial operations and should therefore always be part of your thinking as an entrepreneur. Proactivity always beats reactivity in business.
