Abstract:
Abstract An entrepreneur needs a more diverse set of management skills than a researcher. Most researchers may be excellent at developing their technologies in the lab, but the market requires a very different approach and mindset. Because most – if not all – responsibility for the company rests on their shoulders start-up entrepreneurs need to be good at overseeing and managing people, design, production, marketing, sales, etc.
