Chapter Chapter 4 in Navigating an EU Research Project, 2024, pp 47-58 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter provides guidance on elements to put in place prior to starting a project. The success of an EU-funded project relies on its management. This chapter discusses addressing changes the EU may require, setting up contracts between partners and how to adapt resource allocation between partners considering changes. It also discusses processes to report on performance, addressing risks and ensuring financial sustainability over a project’s funded lifetime. This preparation process ensures that your project consortium’s endeavours remain feasible, cost-effective and impactful.
