Chapter Chapter 10 in Systemic Human Resource Management, 2025, pp 197-206 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses new and emerging thoughts around HR analytics and their usefulness and applicability to an HR operational environment, which have been shifting worldwide due to an increasingly turbulent context. In Death of Traditional HR: Navigating the VUCAH World with Quantum Computing, AI, and Future-Ready Education, Ravi (2024) describes the prevailing context as volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous, and hyperconnected (VUCAH) at unprecedented levels. Against this disruption, the applicability and implications of HR analytics on businesses are discussed using systems thinking and the Cynefin framework.
