Chapter Chapter 4 in Systemic Human Resource Management, 2025, pp 61-78 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter we describe how HR professionals may determine in what kind of context their problems are located. And based on this understanding, we then describe how to formulate problems and opportunities in ways appropriate to the context. Determining context before trying to make a decision or solve a problem is important because identification and understanding make it easier to accurately define or formulate the problem and appreciate a problem’s characteristics, scope, and relevance. Once there is a clear grasp of the context, the problem may be framed properly then navigated, managed or solved appropriately.
