Chapter Chapter 7 in Systemic Human Resource Management, 2025, pp 141-166 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we present two broad approaches to decision-making and problem. First, we summarize conventional methods and tools based on analytic thinking. These are aligned with conventional HRM and are recommended for complicated problems and opportunities in well-structured, predictable contexts. In the second part, we summarize methods and tools based on systems thinking. These are aligned with Sys HRM and are recommended for complex problems and opportunities in poorly structured, unpredictable contexts.
