Abstract Organizations are under more and more pressure to provide high-quality products and services while preserving operational effectiveness in the quickly changing business environment of today. Quality in project management, as defined by ISO 10006, goes beyond simple specification compliance to include the comprehensive capacity to satisfy stakeholder expectations and promote ongoing organizational progress.
