Abstract: Abstract Once you have formulated the corporate ambition, the next step is to translate this into the corporate balanced scorecard in order to make the shared ambition a reality. Corporate ambition will be of no use without goal setting, continuous process improvement, and contributing on a day-to-day basis, based on the corporate balanced scorecard. The development of this scorecard entails the second phase in the authentic corporate governance model; see Fig. 8.1.
