Abstract: Abstract In this chapter the implications of the research findings and a discussion on how the findings could be related to current management issues are presented. The following issues are being addressed: what are the implications of the findings and how do the insights from Buurtzorg Nederland contribute to the understanding of the VUCA problem in management?
