Chapter 38 in Operational Excellence, 2016, pp 171-191 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Business operation books are always nice as a present at the end of a team building event, or as a farewell present when one of the team members is moving to a new position in or outside the operation. We also give or receive operations guides at the end of training sessions or development classes.
