Chapter 4 in UX Redefined, 2016, pp 87-104 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The simple and emotional buying experience. We have now dealt with the themes of simplicity and emotionality as featured in the title of the book. How do I incorporate simplicity and emotionality into the development of my product or service? In this section you will get an insight into methods and overall concepts that you can use for yourself or your company. Bear in mind, however, that process changes or customeroriented thinking are prerequisites for the utilization of the following methods.
