Chapter Chapter 5 in Designing Knowledge Management-Enabled Business Strategies, 2016, pp 55-88 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Knowledge management derives their power from the knowledge they use. When knowledge developers begin the building process, the first step is capturing tacit knowledge. The next step is to find a way to codify and organise knowledge into a form for others to use when needed. Getting the right knowledge to the right people at the right time is the whole idea behind knowledge codification (Fig. 5.1).
