Abstract:
Abstract This chapter looks at the theme of e-Procurement and the potential for electronic processes in day-to-day operations. In addition to the general principles, two systematic approaches for tackling e-Procurement projects in companies will be described: one, holding an electronic auction and, two, the potential analysis for the use of an electronic catalogue system.
