Chapter 1 in Performance Management Success, 2018, pp 1-8 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract All organizations exist to be successful in how they function and how they perform. Organizations do not strive to fail. On the contrary – organizations strive for success and sustained high performance. However, without successful and sustained high performance, many organizations do not survive and cease to exist. This is a fact of organizational life.
