Abstract:
Abstract Performance Management diagnosis is a comprehensive examination activity initiated to assess Performance Management Process (PMP) needs and opportunities for improvement within an organization. In essence this activity represents a much higher order of evaluation that can extend and build on the multiple evaluation methods cited earlier (i.e., organizational surveys, pulse point surveys, manager and supervisor Performance Management feedback summary, spot-check audits, exit interviews, etc.) – which are typically only one-sided in approach and often non-interactive.
