Chapter 13 in Performance Management Success, 2018, pp 121-122 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Performance Management Success is designed and developed with the purpose of sharing Performance Management Process (PMP) elements that contribute to organizational success – as shared by a vast range of leaders and managers in diverse industries who were identified as Performance Management Best Practitioners, of which I am proud to say I am one. Our purpose is to not only identify and share Performance Management Best Practices but to also capture Best Practices in the context of a Performance Management Process framework that has been successfully applied – in part or whole – over time, within all sizes of organizations and across industries. The sequential flow of the framework, and the implementation steps identified, is also intended to serve as a much-needed educational resource tool for leaders and managers.
