Chapter 3 in Performance Management Success, 2018, pp 15-26 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Organization strategy reflects the formulation and identification of an overall direction for organization success. It provides an organization with a meaningful context, or a framework, to identify key goals and initiatives with a focus on results desired – both for the coming year (short term) and subsequent years (longer term). The breadth of the timeline (i.e., 1–3 years or more) reflects the complexity and the challenge of effectively setting organization strategy.
