Abstract: Abstract Development Planning (DP) is a key process step within the overall Performance Management Process (PMP) that provides focus and support for individual team member development. DP ideally flows from and supports the organization-wide strategy, at the enterprise level, and also supports Performance Planning – at the individual team member level.
