Chapter Chapter 5 in Integrated Business Planning, 2018, pp 129-153 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract IBP exposes a need for adoptions of organizational structures and a need for new capabilities and skill sets. We explain briefly the role of internal and external talent acquisition, elements of talent retention, and career development which you should consider in organizational design. We set emphasis on the importance of IBP organizational design as key success factor in the sustainability of the IBP transformation. Many companies rely on projects and do not create IBP CoE or needed leadership to make IBP happen but even more important to make IBP a living organism adapting to new business challenges and helping organization to sustain achieved change and evolve its maturity. We bring to your attention the potential role of IBP Center of Expertise models and fundamental role of leadership.
