Abstract: Abstract There is no standard structure for foreign real estate investments in Germany. The different investment vehicles may have various advantages and disadvantages for different investors. Obviously, tax consequences must also be taken into consideration when an investor considers the investment vehicle that best fits his individual circumstances and special needs.
