Chapter 5 in Neuroleadership, 2012, pp 85-113 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter we will look into specific instruments and theories from organisational and personnel development and leadership concepts and look at these through the spectacles of neuroscience and the four basic needs. This will enable us to evaluate these current approaches from a neuroscientific view and therefore to highlight their effects on personnel and the environment from a viewpoint of the brain and the four basic needs.
