Design Thinking for Business Analysis
Thomas Frisendal ()
Chapter 3 in Design Thinking Business Analysis, 2012, pp 15-24 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract If you think that Business Analysis is all about SWOTs and RASCIs, you should prepare for some re-architecting. All those tried and tested tools and methods are still there, of course. But they are missing the most important point: The business information! Much effort has been spent over the years on analysis and reengineering of business processes. And that is very good.
