Abstract The IMPROVE phase answers the question: “What are the top solutions for eliminating the root causes?” i.e. how can the cause(s) be eliminated so that the project goal can be reached This requires solution ideas to be created, evaluated and selected, all based on the root causes with a detailed implementation plan then being developed.
