Abstract:
Abstract Imagine your company is a city which has been built, and has grown in, its present location in a specific way. The city is divided into districts; the buildings are arranged in a specific way and house various functions; the residents live and work according to set rules and laws. Your carefully developed strategy—in other words, your future strategic position—represents exact GPS coordinates, that is to say the place you want to relocate your city to. You have discovered the new location during your trip through the Jungle and identified it as attractive.
