Abstract:
Abstract The methodological tools have a key function in the development of the strategy. For this reason it is important to choose suitable tools—i.e. those which are conducive to strategy development—and, in fact, to the same extent and with the same thoroughness as was necessary for the process. On the one hand this sounds obvious and logical but, in my experience, the practice of strategy development in companies shows that the reality looks quite different. The following are typical errors which are often made:
